  • How often do you restock?
    Restock dates vary depending on product availability. Please sign up for our emails or SMS text alerts to find out when your favorite products will be back in stock.
  • Where are your products manufactured?
    Our products are manufactured under the highest of standards in the USA, Italy, Indonesia and China. For more details, check each product page on pastcosmetics.com or the product packaging.
  • Where can I purchase Past Cosmetics products?
    Past Cosmetics is available on pastcosmetics.com, as well as through our retail partners.
  • Are the products safe for all skin types?
    All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types, and all products have been tested by a board-certified dermatologist and have passed all required safety testing. But if you have specific concerns, please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the product page of the website.
  • What temperatures do these products need to be stored at?
    We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
  • Are your products natural?
    At Past Cosmetics, our products are made with high quality, safe, clean, natural, cruelty free, gluten free, fragrance free, vegan, non-toxic, parabens free and have no other harmful synthetic ingredients. Our products are made from natural ingredients such as peptides, hyaluronic acid, shea butter, vitamins A, C +.
  • How can I find out more information about a product?
    Product details can be found on the product pages but if you have more questions, please free to email us at satinequeeni2@gmail.com.
  • Are your products sustainable?
    Our objective is minimizing plastic parts, using post-consumer recycled materials wherever possible and recyclable materials for primary packages like PET(G), PP and Glass. All orders use 100% FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship Council) recycled boxes and recycled packing materials that can continue to be recycled.
  • I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?
    Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Past Cosmetics will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • My package seems to have stopped moving.
    If your package stops moving at any point, do not worry! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.
  • I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
    Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at satinequeeni2@gmail.com with your inquiry.
  • How can I track my package?
    Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your Past Cosmetics tracking page.
  • Why was I charged twice?
    You will only be charged for what you purchased. If you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days and it should fall off and the issue should be rectified automatically. However, if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please send us an email to satinequeeni2@gmail.com with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.
  • How do I update my credit card information?
    Click your Account Name (located at the bottom of the left navigation sidebar) and select Account > Company > Billing. Under Billing Information, click Update your card now. Enter your new information and click Update. If you don't see this option, click the settings button in the left navigation sidebar and select Account > Billing.
  • What do I do if my credit card is not accepted?
    There are several reasons why your credit card may not be accepted. We suggest you try the following: Verify your credit card number and expiry date, confirm you are using your credit and not your debit card, and check that you haven't exceeded your transaction limit. If, after exploring these possible causes, your card is still not accepted, either use an alternate card or contact your financial institution.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, AfterPay and Paypal.
  • How do I view and download my previous orders?
    You can view and download your previous orders, based on Payment Date, by following this path: Account Name (located at the bottom of the left navigation sidebar) > Account > Company > History. If you don't see this option, click the button in the left navigation sidebar and select Account > History.
  • What are the artistry discount terms?
    You are eligible, while supplies last, to receive a 15% discount with the code ART15 from posted prices, not including shipping costs and taxes, when you add one of each shade of a specific product to your shopping bag and checkout. Discount will be automatically applied at checkout when all shades of a product are added to your cart. This offer is not valid on other products within your shopping bag that do not meet the discount requirement of having all available shades added to your bag. This offer is only valid when all shades of a product are available for purchase. If a shade is unavailable or out of stock, the discount will not be applied. These terms are subject to change at any time and we reserve the right to end or limit this promotion. Items purchased with the Artistry Discount are ineligible for return or exchange.
  • What are the free samples terms?
    Offer valid while supplies last on pastcosmetics.com. Must add to cart. Limit one free item per order. Limit one per customer. Free item holds no retail value. Limited to US residents 13 and older. While supplies last. Select sample choice at cart. Not valid on eGift Card only orders. Not valid at any other retailer. May not be applied to previous purchases. Shipping charges may apply. Other restrictions, exclusions or terms may apply. Past Cosmetics reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
  • Do you offer free samples, gifts, discounts or promotions?
    Occasionally pastcosmetics.com will apply a gift with purchase to orders. Please note that unless otherwise stated, all free gifts applied to customers' orders are added while supplies last and are not guaranteed. All samples, packets, stickers and other products or merchandise are subject to change and subject to availability. Sign up for our email and/or SMS text alerts to receive news on special offers.
  • How do I subscribe to emails or cancel my existing email subscription?
    You can easily subscribe to emails by visiting pastcosmetics.com and using the sign-up form located in the footer on the bottom of the page. If you want to cancel/unsubscribe, you can click unsubscribe by locating the "Unsubscribe" link within the email.
  • Does Past Cosmetics have social media accounts ?
    As of mid-2022, Past Cosmetics deleted all its accounts on social media for the preservation of our brand's authenticity's sake. We are aware of a number of social media accounts who impersonate our brand for financial gain online. We are not associated with these accounts in any way, and take all possible action to have them taken down. If you do see an account impersonating Past Cosmetics, please report it to the relevant social media platform.
  • How do I create an account?
    If you are new to this site, you'll need to create your account and sign up here. If you are already a member, log in here. You may also log in with your Google or Facebook account.
  • Do I have to set up an account to place an order?
    No. You do not have to have an account to place an order.
  • What are the terms for free shipping on US orders?
    Free Standard Shipping on US Orders Over $50 USD You are eligible to receive free Standard Shipping on any order equal to or exceeding $50.00 USD, before taxes, and after discounts, when you purchase directly from pastcosmetics.com. This offer is only available for orders shipping to the United States. To redeem this offer, select Standard Shipping at checkout.   • What is the shipping time?
    Domestic - Standard – (FedEx Smartpost) 7-10 Business Days – (FedEx Ground) 3-5 Business Days - $8.95 flat rate, Free with orders over $50 USD – (FedEx Ground) $10.95 flat rate Canada - Standard – $14.95 Flat Rate International - Standard – 12-20 Business Days - $18.95 flat rate for all international countries we ship to worldwide.
  • What are the countries you ship to?
    Past Cosmetics ships to most countries worldwide. Domestic Packages are shipped via FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. Alaska, Hawaii, P.O./APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS. International Packages ship via Passport Shipping or DHL International Standard.
  • What are the shipping notices?
    Past Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States. Packages undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
  • What are your return terms?
    We hope you love your Past Cosmetics products as much as we do, but if for some reason you wish to return any items from your order, we’ve got you covered. ​Please visit our Return Portal, where you can start the return process for any US orders meeting our Return Policy. For any international returns, please contact satinequeeni2@gmail.com for further assistance. * Free exchanges or returns are only available for US residents at this time. Past Cosmetics is not responsible for lost returns, including, but not limited to, any returns sent back to our warehouse without prior authorization through our customer support team. Please note that although we have tried to accurately display and represent the colors of the products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We flag customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns. Customers who are flagged may be subject to our review, and revocation of standard customer return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If you’ve purchased our products outside of pastcosmetics.com, please inquire about your returns directly with that retailer, as we are unable to assist with any orders not placed through pastcosmetics.com directly.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, even once an order has been placed, you can still cancel your order here.
  • I refused my delivery, where is my refund?
    Refused delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear once we processed the return.
  • My item arrived damaged or incorrect, what should I do?
    While we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged or incorrect in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 30 days of delivery. Contact satinequeeni2@gmail.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number. If the product is deemed defective, Past Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge.
  • What is your return policy?
    ​We offer free returns or exchanges on gently used items purchased from pastcosmetics.com, within 60 days of order date. Please note that you will be responsible for any return label creation and subsequent shipping costs, and we suggest you ship your return via a traceable service to ensure delivery. Any refunds or exchange items due to you will be issued upon receipt and review of the returned product(s). For refunds, you will be refunded in full for the cost of the item(s) returned, back to your original form of payment. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, your refund will only reflect the amount paid for the item(s) returned. Any shipping fees paid on the original order will not be included in refund.​ For exchanges, you will receive a separate order confirmation email for the exchange items being sent to you. **Some limited editions or collector's items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. All Final Sale items will be indicated as such on the product page for that item. Items purchased with the Artistry Discount are ineligible for return or exchange.

  • What is Past Cosmetics?
    Past Cosmetics is a natural vintage-inspired makeup and skincare brand that creates affordable products for everyone everywhere. The inspiration behind Past Cosmetics is to make timelessly good makeup and skincare products. Our collections are inspired by the makeup from the twentieth century, which was a revolutionary period of new innovations for cosmetics. Satine Queeni, the founder and owner of Past Cosmetics is a French-born American and British actress, cultural historian and peace activist. Queeni thought that it was about time to change the cosmetic industry by making a brand accessible to everyone and a good quality in our products and beyond.
  • What is Satine Queeni's involvement with Past Cosmetics?
    Satine Queeni is the founder, owner and creative director of Past Cosmetics.
  • Does Past Cosmetics support organizations?
    1% of our annual sales goes to the Shanti foundation. Established in 2022, Shanti is a non-governmental organization launched by Satine Queeni. Shanti donates equally to varied projects worldwide such as the anti-war movement, protecting the planet and endangered animals and justice for everyone everywhere.
  • When was Past Cosmetics launched?
    Past Cosmetics was founded by Satine Queeni on April 6, 2022, then called Satine Queeni Beauty. It was renamed Star Beauty in July 2022 until September 25, 2023 when we rebranded it to Past Cosmetics.
